Amy JohnHOLCROFTHOLCROFT AMY John, Carol and Katy would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them following the untimely loss of their precious daughter and sister, Amy. Also, thanks for the many cards, floral tributes and donations to CLIC Sargent. We have been overwhelmed by people's kindness and generosity. Special thanks to Dr Ali and his team at Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology and also Dr G Stubbens for all the support given to us during Amy's illness. Thanks also to Rev Peter Knight of Leyland Road Church for a very moving and uplifting Service and to his hardworking team for all their support during and after the Service. And a final thank you to Moisters Funeral Directors for the very caring and dignified funeral arrangements.
